After waiting weeks for a big name phone company to call us back, we finally decided to find someone else to repair a telephone line that had been cut when we had new flooring installed. Sam found the problem right away and promptly fixed the line for us. We also had him run network wiring through the walls to connect our downstairs Ethernet connection room that had a desktop. Not only was the price very reasonable (much less than the phone companies would have charged us), but his work looks very professional. Finally, Sam brought his own vacuum and left the areas he worked spotless. It’s so nice to deal with professionals, and Sam is definitely one of them. Forget calling the telephone company for customer “no-service.” Save yourself the hassle and call Sam instead!
